Live Virtual Starting Solids Workshop

Starting solids can feel overwhelming. Between family advice, social media, and conflicting recommendations, it can be hard to know where to begin. This live, interactive workshop is designed to help you confidently navigate your baby's transition to solid foods using evidence-based guidance in a judgment-free environment. Together, we'll discuss: • Signs of developmental readiness • Purées, baby-led weaning, or a combination approach • Gagging vs. choking and safe feeding practices • Introducing common food allergens • Choosing cups and transitioning from bottles • How solids affect breast milk and formula intake • Portion expectations and responsive feeding • Common concerns, including constipation, picky eating, and food refusal • Practical meal ideas and what products you actually need (and don't) There will be plenty of time for questions, so you'll leave with practical information and a plan that fits your family's goals. Details • Live virtual workshop (attend from anywhere) • Approximately 75 minutes, including Q&A • Suitable for parents and caregivers of babies preparing to start solids (typically around 4–6 months, depending on developmental readiness). Your baby can be younger or older, too. • Partners, grandparents, and other caregivers are welcome to attend from the same household. Registration
