No. Travel fees are not covered by insurance or eligible for insurance reimbursement, and are the responsibility of the family. These fees reflect the time required for travel and the impact on appointment availability for other families.

Fees are based on distance from our Bowling Green office (1111 Shive Lane, Suite 103):

• 0-10 miles: $50

• 10-20 miles: $100

• 20-30 miles: $175

• 30-40 miles: $250
