Apply for the Feed + Nurture Breastfeeding/Pumping Supplies Donation Program

The below option, breast pumps are loaned (not donated) and shared with other families. A card on file helps us responsibly manage this equipment and keep the Feed + Nurture Program available to those who need it.

Nothing is charged, processed, or pending at any time.
The card would be used only if a loaned pump is not returned within 12 months or is returned in a non-functional or significantly damaged condition, as outlined in the agreement you’ll review and sign.

What return looks like (summary):

  • Pumps are returned within 12 months in good working condition (normal wear is expected)

  • Tubing is not returned for infection control

  • Flanges, inserts, and bottles are returned with the pump

  • If a pump is not returned or is unusable, a replacement fee (70% of the current Amazon retail price) may be charged to replace shared program equipment

We understand that life happens. If challenges arise around return timing, we encourage open communication — this program is built on good faith, dignity, and collaboration.

Apply for the Feed + Nurture Breast Pump Loan Program

The below option applies to breastfeeding and pumping supplies such as bottles, storage containers, milk bags, nursing supplies, and other supportive items. Breast pumps, pump motors, flanges, and pump parts are not included in this category. No card on file is required.
You will still be asked to complete a brief intake and sign an agreement so we can responsibly distribute donated supplies and keep items in circulation for other families who need them. This helps ensure supplies are shared safely, fairly, and in alignment with program guidelines. Once your forms are submitted and reviewed, we’ll reach out directly with next steps.
