Accepted Insurance Plans

Most insurances do not require verification and can be seen same day, pending appointment availability. ‘‘

  • We are in-network with most Aetna plans for lactation and infant feeding support (see below for plan specifics).

    In Network:

    • PPO

    • Point of Service (POS)

    • Open Access Plus (OAP)

    • Select (local plans): must be verified

    • Subsidiaries: must be verified

    • HMO: out of network

    Most families have no out-of-pocket cost for the first six visits, whether home or office. Visits seven and beyond typically have a $71.50 patient responsibility.

    If you have taken online prenatal or breastfeeding classes through Aeroflow or Baby Academy, your number of fully covered visits may be reduced.

  • We are in network with most Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans (see below for plan specifics).

    In Network Plans:

    • Federal BCBS (Basic, Standard, & PPO)

    • Regence PPO:

    Sometimes there is cost-sharing for the parent, the baby, or both. Cost-sharing simply means the portion your insurance plan assigns to you, such as a copay, coinsurance, or deductible. This varies by plan and isn’t always required. When it does apply, it’s most often in the range of $10–$40, depending on your specific coverage.

    If your plan is accepted, you can expect unlimited home, office, telehealth, and hospital visits, as medically necessary.

  • We are in-network with all Centivo plans for lactation and infant feeding support.

  • We are in network with most Cigna plans (see below for plan specifics).

    In Network:

    • PPO

    • POS

    • OAP

    • EPO

    • HMO- requires referral from your OB/GYN, Midwife, PCP, or pediatrician

    • Allegiance Cigna: no telehealth allowed. Baby appointments will have cost sharing ($150), but the lactating parent is covered without cost sharing

    If your plan is accepted, visits are unlimited, as medically necessary. Coverage typically includes home, office, telehealth, and hospital visits, and extends to the full scope of lactation and infant feeding care, latch and positioning, pumping and milk supply, bottle feeding, starting solids, breast or nipple concerns, weaning, and related support.

  • Only/all plans based in Arizona

  • We are in-network with most MODA plans for lactation and infant feeding support (see below for plan specifics).

    In Network:

    • OHSU EPO/CNN
